Challenge:

Restructure, re-brand, and reorganize the organization after 10 years of steady growth to meet the needs of our constituents.  

Solutions:

A recreation of roles and responsibilities to better aid in the overall culture of SOS.  Being able to adapt to the ever-changing climate of economy without sacrificing the objectives and goals set forth from the board of directors.  Outsource certain elements of the organization to specialist (website design, logo re-design PR) whom can help stage the story of SOS to a larger set of benefactors.
